LOT.TO Supports Team Category at WellChild Awards 2017

The world’s leading provider of online lottery games, LOT.TO, was proud to sponsor the Inspirational Health Team category at the WellChild Awards 2017 at the Royal Lancaster, London.

Supported by patron HRH Prince Harry, WellChild is making it possible for children and young people with exceptional health needs to be cared for at home. The Inspirational Health Team Award recognises teams of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals who work together to make a huge difference to the lives of seriously ill children.

“We were privileged and humbled to be sponsoring such a magnificent award,” said Rob Lawson, head of customer success at LOT.TO. “By working together people can achieve amazing things, and you won’t find a better example of this than the healthcare sector. WellChild is such a wonderful charity and we’re looking forward to supporting them as much as we can for a long time to come.”

There were seven categories in the WellChild Awards, which took place on Monday 16th October. Entries were judged by an expert panel including children’s health researchers, former winners and health professionals.

“We were delighted to have LOT.TO onboard as an award sponsor for the first time. Our corporate partners are key to making the WellChild Awards such a massive success year after year,” said Colin Dyer, CEO of WellChild. “Teams in the healthcare sector do a vital job, day after day, so it’s wonderful to recognise them in this way.”

Founded by a team of dynamic entrepreneurs, and backed by some of Europe’s most successful investors, LOT.TO is a UK business on a mission to make lotteries more appealing, more accessible, and, above all, more fun and engaging for new players, offering captivating mobile and online lottery games with the potential to raise millions of pounds for good causes in the UK and beyond.
